We build TeamLoop, so read this knowing who wrote it. To keep ourselves honest, this page follows two rules: every statement about TeamSnap is quoted from their own website and linked (retrieved August 11, 2026), and where they haven't published a number, we say so instead of guessing. Everything about TeamLoop is what our own pricing page already tells anyone.

One price a year — never per player or per family. Program covers your whole club for a single price, however many teams you run. 14-day trial, no credit card to start.
For a single team, their pricing page says “$0 to start”, with paid upgrades to unlock “availability tracking, larger roster sizes, and skill-building drills.”
For clubs and leagues, their pricing page offers “flexible, customized pricing tailored to your organization” — the number arrives after you “chat with us.”

No ads. Not on any plan, not during the trial, not in the app your players open. Coaches pay us, so advertisers never have to — that's the whole business model. Your families are the people we serve, not an audience we sell.
Team fees, invoices, and fundraiser donations are charged on your team's own Stripe account — the money goes straight to your bank, and TeamLoop takes 0%. If a family pays $240, the team receives $240 minus only Stripe's standard card-processing rate, same as any business pays.
Payment and registration fees are not published on the teamsnap.com pages we checked (August 11, 2026). Their clubs pricing mentions “discounts for registrations and never any hidden fees” — the actual rate is another number to ask for in the chat.

They've been at this a long time, plenty of leagues standardize on them, and if TeamSnap is working for your team, switching tools mid-season is rarely worth it. This page is for the coach setting up fresh, or wondering at renewal time what the alternative looks like — and we'd rather you compare with both pricing pages open. Only one of us has one, though.
