Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your TeamLoop account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

From the mobile app or web:

  1. Log in to your TeamLoop account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm your password and confirm the deletion

What Gets Deleted

  • Your user account and login credentials
  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number, avatar)
  • Your channel memberships and session data
  • Your association with any player or parent records

Messages you previously sent will remain in team channels but will no longer be associated with your account. Uploaded files and attachments stored in team channels will be retained for the team.
